Chuck Proudfit is the advisor who led Centennial, Talent Magnet Institute’s founding company, through a strategic planning process 19 years ago leading to the creation of TMI. Chuck is a leader who has had a legacy-building impact on many of our clients throughout the years as well as a profound impact on the leadership approach of Mike Sipple Jr. 

Chuck is a catalyst to client organizations, guiding them to integrate winning strategies, strong leadership and healthy culture for sustainable growth in sales, profits, and people. He has a specialty in helping leaders and organizations accomplish what truly is in their hearts and minds! Businesses are better because of Chuck's experience, approach, and leadership.

Chuck also leads SKILLSOURCEâ, a “business building” firm where consulting, training, and coaching are blended together for exceptional results. He has led SKILLSOURCE to the TriState Success Award for exceptional business growth, a Torch Award commendation for business ethics from the Better Business Bureau, and a Perfect 10 Certified Corporate Culture designation.     

Chuck developed his general management expertise at three industry-leading firms: The Procter & Gamble Company, The Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation.  He earned his academic degree from Harvard University, where he pioneered the school’s organizational development curriculum. Chuck has held adjunct faculty positions at the Great Oaks Institute, Cincinnati Christian University and the International Transformation Network.

Chuck has been quoted, interviewed, profiled and published in wide-ranging media including Success, Inspire, and Brave magazines; the Business Courier, The Cincinnati Enquirer, The Chicago Tribune, The Boston Globe; and Fox TV.  He is the author of Citywide Marketplace Ministry in a Box; and the co-author of BIZNISTRY:  Transforming Lives Through Enterprise.
