With extensive knowledge of buy and sell side transactions gained through leading corporate development teams, representing family businesses, and guiding buyers and sellers through the transaction process, he’s a leading regional business ownership expert. Additionally, as Managing Partner of FranNet MidAmerica, he counsels individuals and franchise organizations, developing the best strategic fit for all stakeholders.
Prior to co-founding TP4 Advisors in 2013, he owned, operated and/or managed several small-to-medium-size businesses in manufacturing, consulting, technology and financial services industries. He served in positions of increasing responsibility, including as vice president of Strategic Employee Benefit Services (Northwestern Mutual Financial Network),a principal of Malibu Group and COO of PowerNet Global.
Todd is a service provider to The Goering Center, past president and board member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), member of the University of Cincinnati’s Kolodzik Business Scholars (KBS) advisory board, and CEO Roundtable participant at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. In a typical month, he hosts numerous business ownership and financial programs throughout the region. Additionally, he was honored with the John F. Barrett Entrepreneur Vision Award from the Entrepreneurs’ Organization of Cincinnati and LEAD Tribune Media Group in 2017.
A graduate of Taylor University with an MBA from Xavier University, Todd resides in Cincinnati with his wife, Natalie, and their four children.
